Lesson Costs/Details

Private Piano Lessons

·        Students must be at least 5-years-old, know the alphabet, and know how to count.

·        Private Lessons run from the second week of September till the end of May with a total of 34 lessons, concluding with a recital. There are no lessons over the two week Christmas Break or one week March Break. 

·        Students weekly receive 30 minutes of one-on-one instruction in keyboard, theory, rhythm, musical terms, etc.

·        Cost is paid via 9 cheques, post-dated for the 1th of each month from September-May. The amount of each cheque should be $68.00. There may be extra charges for theory or music books when necessary. There are no refunds for missed lessons, though I do try very hard to reschedule whenever possible. 

·        Students will need their own keyboard or piano to practice on at home. 

·        Lessons are held in the teacher's home. Parents are welcome to stay for the lesson's duration or to drop children off.

·        Lessons are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
